Order Acceptance and Availability

At HydroJug, your order is confirmed only upon our acceptance and subject to product availability. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. This includes situations such as:

Pricing errors
Inventory shortages
Payment verification challenges
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Order Processing and Shipping

We typically process orders within 2-4 business days before shipment. After processing, shipment usually takes between 7-15 business days, depending on your delivery location within the United States.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order details and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items to HydroJug within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligibility for returns requires that products be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they arrived.

Return shipping expenses are your responsibility unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such instances, please contact us at vepoqhans@gmail.com to coordinate return shipping, replacement, or refund.

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items, typically within 7-10 business days. Note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting HydroJug customer service at vepoqhans@gmail.com. Beyond this window, cancellation may not be possible as order processing may already be underway.

We strive to maintain accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability for all items including our lineup of Travelers, Steins, Pro Jug V2s, Insulated Shakers, Everyday Tumblers, and Ease2o products. However, unintentional errors or changes may occur.

All content on HydroJug’s website—such as descriptions, photographs, logos, trademarks, layouts, and software—is protected by intellectual property laws and owned by or licensed to HydroJug. Usage without prior written permission is prohibited.
